Partner with business leaders to align HR initiatives with operational needs, driving productivity, engagement, performance, and cultural alignment. Serve as point of contact for employee relations. Independently managing grievances, conflicts, PIP cases, disciplinary actions, and ramp-down discussions with confidentiality. Identify high-potential talent and support development planning with managers and L&D. Drive engagement and development initiatives through employee–manager connects, refresher trainings, climate survey, and action planning with leadership. Support internal and external audit through accurate documentation and adherence to HR processes. Drive Rewards & Recognition programs, including budgeting, nominations, certifications, and award emails release. Support performance management — conducting sessions on KRA setting, ensuring timely setting of KRA’s for assigned Business Units, assisting employees for a seamless completion of this process. Coordinate with Recruitment/Payroll/L&D team for necessary actionables as and when required. Conduct attrition/trend analysis to support retention and operational stability. Conduct employee induction, NEO sessions, Probation review, employee engagement programs. Manage employee retention process, employee separation, payroll coordination, issuance of bonafide letters, HRMS. Perform regular floor walks to assess employee pulse and ensure appropriate conduct. Resolve employee queries via ASK HR portal. Handle mediclaim enrollment and support claim related queries. Contribute to HR policy reviews and process improvements to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
Working in to HR Operations handling Employee life cycle
Managed onboarding and induction processes, employee documentation, issuance of ID cards, mediclaim enrolment, and coordination for bank account openings.
