• Preform sterile compounding and prepare IV infusions for oncology patients. • Perform initial patient evaluation as it pertains to the prescribed therapies. Collect, analyze, interpret, and evaluate appropriate data relative to medication therapy, under Pharmacist supervision. •Speak with patients to assess safety, effectiveness and adherence to oral chemotherapy medications as well as analyze and interpret patients labs to screen for any potential side effects or toxicity.
