Expression & Purification of Inhibitor Proteins for SARS-CoV-2 Viral Targets ‣ Transformed E.coli bacteria with genetically engineered plasmids containing gene for target proteins. ‣ Purified designed pan-coronavirus fusion inhibitors (HR2/Fusion Proteins) from BL21/Rosetta strains of E.coli via low pressure liquid chromatography (LPLC) columns.
