Handling recruitment process in closely liaison with Manager and coordinating & screening cv’s from job portal, adverts & agencies. Develop job descriptions in conjunction with line management. Identifying the training needs, developing training programs to ensure constant learning and development of employees. Counseled and guided employees and management regarding company policies and procedures. Keeping track of entire passport and their expiry dates and other necessary documents in the HR system. Submission of correct documentation related to Immigration processes and Work permits to concerned authorities (Ministry of Labor and Immigration Dept.)Organize periodic renewal of Licenses (Visas, permits, etc…). In charge of the resident/work permit process (Schedule staff’s visa, medical, coordinating with other internal and external departments).
Major responsibilities included working on Human Resource like Joining & Separation formalities, Attendance Management, Induction Programs, Appointment Letter & Confirmation, Job Portals, Administration, Maintaining Personal files of Employees, Employee Relation. Developing the HR plans and policies in conjunction with the company’s overall development plan. Overall responsibility of man power planning and recruitments. Developing the induction programes for the new recruits. Working out the compensation plan and policies. Conducting researches to study the current compensation trends in the market. Developing and implementing the performance appraisal system for the company and coordinating it with other line managers. Identifying the training needs, developing training programs to ensure constant learning and development of employees. Establishing a proper organizational structure.
Process employees’ timesheets and personnel records, including overtime, leaves, vacations, to calculate employee’s earnings. Ensure that monthly reimbursements, entitlements and allowances to employees are in line with the company's compensation and benefits policies and practices. Arranging Accommodation, transportation & other welfare activities Keeping proper follow up for Personnel records and documentation. Prepares reports presenting statistical information and findings for management Decision making. Perform other related duties as assigned by the HR Services Manager
