He has a proven track record in implementing PMS (Performance Management System), BSC (Balance Score Card), Authority Matrix, Job leveling & Grading, HR business partnering concept for Eon Group of Industries. He earned his MBA, with a focus on marketing, from Chittagong University, Bangladesh. Adding an international perspective to his education, he recently completed a certification on "The Emerging COO: Driving Innovation and Operational Excellence" from Stanford University's Graduate School of Business, California, USA. Major Responsibilities • Guide overall organizational development plan, projects and implementations. • Finalize companywide learning strategy and set plan accordingly • Prioritize all the policies, procedures, SOP and authority matrix to be developed as part of process management and remain custodian of it. • Monitor team/departmental restructuring through job analysis under OD project & ensure regular review to bring business mobility. • Assess, Initiate & implement any change management project. • Facilitate organizational strategy setting and establish overall performance management process (plan, evaluation and development) in line with it to translate vision in to strategy and regular review on execution process. • Finalize HR budget and to aligning with group priorities. • Guide talent management process to develop leadership pipeline along with succession management tool. • Take initiatives to inculcate values driven culture at Eon (STABLE). • Recommend changes in compensation and benefits for group
