Was responsible for onboarding processes and led the learning department for the Istanbul, Ankara & Baku offices. Created an annual learning plan for all consultants from Business Analysts to Partner. Organised and co-led the review process of summer Business Analysts. Supported ongoing management of candidate data, using existing tools and systems and functioning as key contact for university career services and student societies. Was responsible for the overall process for Campus Recruiting, Experienced Professionals Recruiting and Diversity & Inclusion Recruiting for Istanbul and Baku offices and Digital & Analytics Recruiting for the EEMA region. Effectively screened resumes using standard criteria and synthesizes results. Became Diversity Campaign in the EEMA region.

Oversaw the start-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to offering candidates for clients. Managed various consultant’s projects and played a key role in sourcing top executives for our clients. Workied as an Ambassador of CEO for a Day program in Turkey with the executive research company Odgers Berndtson, which involves the following; - contacting potential talents in different cities and universities from all backgrounds, - maintaining communications with the students through email and phone, - working with the Odgers database to keep track of everyone contacted and prepare a report for supervisors at the end of every day, - conducting phone interviews and finalist selection process, - maintaining social media presence.
I was a reverse mentor of Melissa Gee Kee (HR Vice President in Unilever). As an Expat Mentors we are trying to help the Expats to adjust to their new host country quickly and effectively. We are trying reduce culture shock increasing the happiness and adjustment factors for the Expats.
