With over 20 years of experience in career development, alumni relations, and higher education, I design and deliver impactful programs that help individuals and institutions thrive in today’s fast-changing world of work. As the founder of Schulee Research, Education & Consulting, I create training programs on personal branding, strategic networking, and future-ready career skills, blending theory with practice through an interactive and engaging style. I work with both young talent and seasoned professionals, offering consultancy and workshops that inspire participants to: discover their strengths, make informed career choices, build confidence in their professional journeys. Alongside consulting, I continue my academic role at Sabancı University Business School, teaching graduate-level courses and guiding future leaders by combining global insights, research, and real-world experience. Passionate about international collaboration, lifelong learning, and the future of work, I bring a global perspective and hands-on approach to everything I do.
