I am a Senior Technical Project Manager and MES Consultant with more than 25 years of experience in project and operations management and consultancy working in different manufacturing industries across Europe (including Pharmaceutical and BioPharma, Metals, Pulp and Paper, Food and Beverage and Chemicals). Demonstrated track record of delivering successful solutions. I have a strong technical background based around MES solutions with an emphasis on understanding production processes and finding practical solutions to complex problems within the plant. I enjoy learning and new challenges. Completed a long running project for ArcelorMittal Luxembourg and provided project management support for ArcelorMittal in Burns Harbor. Managed an end-to-end template solution project (MES, planning and scheduling) for Tata Steel Europe in Ijmuiden (3 successful go-lives) and worked with the PSI PMO group to provide standard content and advice for the project management team.
In addition to those of Operations Manager, gained responsibility for the data management team (using OSI PI), widening the scope of the Emerson MES solution. High level oversight for all projects (commercial and change management) and programs running in Europe and key participant in global resource coordination and building global implementation practices (PMO). Reporting activities included representing European MES Solutions business on a global level.
Responsible for Syncade Operations (MES) projects in Europe, providing solutions for the pharmaceutical industry, together with team of consultants. Supporting sales, coordinating resource planning across Europe and recruiting as required into the teams. Establishing MES PMO processes and best practices as a supplier to regulated industry (21 CFR Part 11) and aligning activities between European, country and global teams.
