My work sits at the intersection of people, operations, and strategy — particularly in situations where structures are not yet fully defined. I have worked across three distinct phases of organizational development: Supporting leadership in high-stakes, multi-stakeholder environments (education, government, international programs) Owning and scaling functional units, including team building, partnerships, and service design Building organizations from 0→1, including launching a new private school within 12 months as part of a founding team More recently, I have operated in global environments at Appen, managing cross-regional teams across the US, UK, Philippines, and China — navigating both operational complexity and cultural dynamics. Interested in roles where I can contribute to building, structuring, and scaling organizations.
