Brian Moore is the founder of MenloExchange, Oversignal, and Write-On-It! LLC. He is a consumer product founder, retail commercialization operator, and inventor-focused platform builder whose work centers on turning overlooked ideas into visible, marketable, and commercially useful products. Through Write-On-It! LLC, Brian created and commercialized the Write-On-It! Key, a practical consumer hardware product that has been sold for more than a decade through major North American retailers including Walmart, The Home Depot, Lowe’s, True Value, Ace Hardware, and other retail channels. That experience gave him firsthand knowledge of what most inventors only learn painfully: a good idea is not enough. Products must survive packaging, distribution, retail buyers, shelf competition, pricing pressure, customer behavior, and years of operational reality. Brian also founded Oversignal, a mobile advertising technology company built around an unconventional insight: the keyboard is one of the most valuable, underused spaces in mobile attention. Oversignal uses keyboard real estate as a new surface for mobile advertising and engagement, creating a way for brands and users to interact in the moment when intent, communication, and attention are already active. With MenloExchange, Brian is applying his product, retail, and commercialization experience to a larger problem: inventors and patent owners are often invisible outside fragmented patent databases, company archives, and private networks. MenloExchange is being built as a public innovation platform that helps inventors, product creators, and technical founders make their work discoverable, credible, and commercially actionable. Brian’s work is driven by a simple belief: invention should not die in obscurity. The people who create useful products, technologies, and systems deserve a public record that helps the right investors, operators, partners, licensees, acquirers, and customers find them.
Oversignal’s mission is to unlock new monetization access points across mobile platforms by turning everyday messaging into a gateway for discovery, rewards, and connection. We empower mobile users—especially in emerging markets—to earn value from their attention by engaging with curated, intent-driven ads delivered seamlessly through the keyboard interface. Our platform creates a win-win ecosystem: users gain rewards, advertisers reach high-intent audiences, and ad networks benefit from increased engagement and retention. By bridging the gap between content, commerce, and communication, Oversignal is redefining how the next billion users experience the mobile internet—making it more rewarding, frictionless, and inclusive.
MenloExchange is unlocking a trillion-dollar innovation economy—by turning every inventor into a market, and every idea into an asset.
