At DeltaX, I was part of the FinOps team, where I managed client success, project execution, and operational excellence for enterprise digital advertising accounts. I worked closely with global clients including Accenture Song (ANZ & Malaysia), UNext, and Jumeirah, serving as a key point of contact and ensuring successful delivery of business objectives. My responsibilities included end-to-end client onboarding, stakeholder management, account governance, project coordination, and process optimization. I collaborated cross-functionally with Product, Ad Operations, Engineering, Finance, and Customer Success teams to drive seamless execution of client requirements and improve operational efficiency. I successfully onboarded multiple clients from implementation through go-live, ensuring smooth adoption of DeltaX’s platform and services. I managed project timelines, coordinated deliverables across teams, monitored account health, resolved operational challenges, and maintained strong client relationships through proactive communication and strategic support. Additionally, I identified process improvement opportunities, streamlined workflows, reduced operational bottlenecks, and contributed to enhanced service delivery standards. Working with multi-region accounts across APAC markets helped me develop strong expertise in client relationship management, stakeholder engagement, project management, operational strategy, and business process optimization. Through this role, I gained extensive experience in managing enterprise accounts, driving customer success initiatives, leading cross-functional collaboration, and delivering measurable business outcomes in a fast-paced AdTech environment.
