I am an Associate Director in the Building Services team and have been at Beca since 2006. I lead the design & development of commercial, institutional, educational and healthcare building projects. My skills are with managing the project during construction, solving problems arising during the construction, monitoring and attending to defect during defect liability period (DLP), settling of project final account. In addition to day to day managing projects, I conduct training to the young and new engineers such as the basic electrical design. I mentor up-coming leaders and give them guidance when the need arises. I am also highly involve in conducting Beca’s quality plan as to ensure the company Quality Management System is maintained. Prior to joining Beca, I was with Rankine and Hill Pte for 9 years. I am originally from Malaysia and now a Singaporean PR.
As Associate Director I lead complex and challenging Institutional, Educational, Commercial and Healthcare project. I lead a team to deliver on time, within budget and of high quality for our clients. I am the client liaison main point of contact.
I started my career at Rankine & Hill as a junior engineer.
