Missions : • Develop the activities of the subsidiary of TRACTEBEL ENGIE for French Market by growing technical relations with customers, • Negotiate and convince with new clients, • Analyze and identify the resources needed to respond to the various requests, • Coordinator of interfacing between the different subsidiary of TRACTEBEL ENGIE to provide the necessary resources, • Organize the deployment of TRACTEBEL ENGIE resources in the subsidiary Marseille office, • Help the integration of Belgian staff members (and other nationalities) and / or the recruitment of new staff members in the activities of the subsidiary Marseille office, • Manage teams in Marseille and ensure coordination with the appropriate staff member teams in Brussels (Back Office teams), • Monitor and develop staff member teams in order to continuously improve their performance and increase their efficiency, • Lead auditor 10CFR50 (Quality Assurance Criteria for Nuclear in Belgium) for different suppliers. Missions: • Responsible for inspection and referent for different suppliers in Europe (Germany, Belgium, France) with frequent business travels, manufacturing of secure packing for transport and dry-storage (nuclear wastes and fuels), • Follow up of forging, welding, machining, assembly, NDT (Non-Destructive test) activities as well as certifications, • Lead auditor for different suppliers of AREVA. Skills and know-how achieved: • Project Management – Team management – Client oriented – Expertise development, • In-depth knowledge of welding technical process, In-depth knowledge of ASME/ASTM code (American Society of Mechanical Engineers / American Society for Testing and Materials) and ISO norms, • Graduated from the International Register of Certified Auditors (IRCA), • Autonomy – Self-motivated – Enthusiasm – Stress resistance – Development of critical mind.
Missions: • Responsible for inspection and referent for all North America contracts (US and CA) as well as in United-Kingdom for component manufacturing (pumps, valves, exchangers, piping, …) EPR (Taishan, CN) and CPR1000 nuclear plant with frequent business travels, • Management of several surveyors in multicultural (Chinese, North American and European) and international environment, communications, reporting in English exclusively. Skills and know-how achieved: • In-depth knowledge of RCC-M code (European nuclear code) and in ASME code (American nuclear code), • In-depth knowledge of metallurgical, welding and NDT processes, • Project Management – Client oriented – Expertise development , • Autonomy – Self-motivated – Stress resistance from issues – Critical mind – Taking distance from issues.
Missions: • Management of research projects on piping ageing of primary circuit in nuclear power plants, • High techniques experts (atomic probe, TEM, SEM …). Relation of microstructure and mechanical properties of duplex stainless steels. Modelling of metals and steels by Monte Carlo simulation.
