Development engineer at Hilti since 2008, I am in charge of development in direct fastening and in particular of improving technical and financial performance. These consumables, for gas or powder-propelled nailing, use both plastic materials and hardened steels and therefore diverse knowledge. This allows me to evolve within projects that were versatile as exciting. Extended the R&D capabilities by Developing R&D center in Hilti plant China (Zhanjiang, Guangdong). My intercultural and language skills, as well as multiple longer stays localy, were a major advantage.
