About

I help industrial plants reduce fuel consumption by making better use of the energy they already have. If you suspect your process is wasting energy, there’s a good chance you’re right. At B3 Energy Solutions, we design and manufacture heat exchangers that recover heat from flue gas and feed it back into the process—most commonly for combustion air preheating and flue gas reheating. The result is straightforward: less fuel, improved efficiency, and better overall performance. Our systems are used in refineries, petrochemical and chemical plants, as well as waste-to-energy facilities worldwide. My background is in process engineering, but at our company I operate as a generalist—working across technical, commercial, and operational topics. I manage multiple projects in parallel, negotiate with stakeholders, solve problems when things don’t go as planned, and lead small teams to get results delivered. I’m driven by curiosity, a strong willingness to learn, and a constant focus on improving how things are done.
