Education related: As a teacher I was, on an early stage, compelled by the question how education can become not only more satisfying in filling the gap between personal interest and common interest, but as well to see that education will succeed in educating personal en spiritual growth combined with professional knowledge. Students should be involved in their process of learning. Give them more autonomy, self directorship and the ability to pave their own way. To cater this we have the ability to connect the students with their learning process, their wishes, goals, obstacles and for most them selves. This makes education holistic. Which means more entwined fields are involved to reach different fields of knowledge to experience and to discover. Reaching out to students with an open, call it holistic, mind gives us a key to unlock the hidden treasures within these students. Art work related: It has never been the subject that determines the direction. It has always been the love for all that was padding the way. In earlier years, the abstract ideas within the concept of human existence seem to have created a stern but unfulfilled debate within the work of Alexander. Through refining the process and finding a more deliberate connection with his work, he melted his skills with a deeper sense of wholeness that, since the start of the conception, has embedded a strong and noticeable direction in his work. The beauty lies in the seemingly constant movement within the emptiness. An inevitable path to explore the ability to express our true origin through the medium of painting.
My vision on work: it is the place where desires meet and fuses with competence. Forever learning from curiosity through accepting new challenges in which personal and professional growth can lead to consciously chosen directions and goals. My strength lies in combining visionary ideas with presented tools and applying this within a given situation. Innovative and renewable circumstances are fulfilling working spaces for me.

Over the years I experienced and excepted a wide variety of commission work. From portaits, land,- and seescapes till reproductions of previous work from my conception series. Each commission was a delight to work on and was greatly received by the commissionar.
I'm not to be defined in one sentence and for that matter, no one is but god knows we try :) Through different paths taken, continuous discovering new ways of expressing my nature, my desire and my purpose; creating life and expressing love!
