Successfully persuaded U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to release photovoltaic products detained under the UFLPA, marking the first clearance of PV products from a Chinese producer since the UFLPA’s enforcement on June 21, 2022. * In 2023, facilitated the successful clearance of detained PV products by CBP for a leading Indian solar module manufacturer under UFLPA within 3 months. * Capable of communicating with clients and suppliers. Worked onsite to help the client establish supply chain compliance team, trained employees to prepare tracing documents on an efficient and expedited basis. * Use know-how in IT, coordinated with staff at IT department, successfully built an automated tracing system capable of automatically pulling requested information from multiple inter-connected systems and generating tracing maps in accordance with CBP's requirements. Anti-dumping and Countervailing Investigations * Assisted Chinese associations and enterprises in a broad range of anti-dumping and countervailing investigations and trade disputes.
