Responsible for the strategy and delivery of all digital Customer Experience platforms with the aim to make customer self-service or AI/ML assisted service the preferred method of customer engagement. Led a global team of Product Managers to personalise the customer journey and incorporate developing self-service technology trends (AI, ML, Large Language Models).
Running as a Start-up within the larger business, built a large scale Machine Learning data platform that collected and derived security insights at scale. Product Owner across multiple global teams, focused on customer facing UI/UX, product and data quality, platform feature adoption, and maintaining cost /contribution margins.
Created data-driven products to enhance business decision making. Built tools to analyse customer behaviour, Voice of Customer, capture lost revenue, and predict renewal. Led the Tableau BI practice and specialised Splunk teams.
