Successfully project managed implementation of Pinnacle into largest fleet department belonging to Pendragon UK. Aided dealerships with the redesign of internal processes to accommodate an IT system change, involving extensive client liaison and understanding of business requirements. Team completed over 100 implementations in one calendar year (2007). Presentation of one day courses on different system modules to end users, including Vehicle Administration, Vehicles Sales, CRM, Workshop and Accounts. On-going development of training courses and materials to a high standard. Provision of extensive on-site training for vehicle administration staff, sales team members and accounts team members. Responsible for easing transition from previous DMS processes to new ones, by understanding users and empathising with their experiences.
