I have spent the last 15 years involved in claims for capital allowances and preparation of land remediation tax relief and have thoroughly enjoyed the greater part of it.
After 15 years working as a contractors QS, I became self employed through necessity and in a short period of time realised the reality of working with Sub Contractors gave me more knowledge about business than all of the courses I had ever attended. I was given the opportunity to carry out capital allowances valuations in 1999 and have developed some long term relationships with Clients now approaching 15 years. As nothing stays the same, the last two years have been another eye opener and find myself more knowledgeable, enthusiastic and ready to learn further new tricks.
