As Director of Strength and Conditioning, Coach Hill oversees one of the largest athletic programs in the NAIA hosting over 850 athletes and 25 teams. Upon entering Marian in 2022, Coach Hill oversaw programming for several teams including Football, Men's & Women's Basketball, Volleyball, and Track & Field. After two years as Director, Coach Hill has helped to establish the program's first positions for Graduate Assistant to help better delegate training responsibilities amongst Marian's many championship programs.
Kennedy Hill was promoted to Associate Director of Football Sports Performance after initially joining the Wake Forest staff as a Sports Performance Coordinator. Coach Hill served as 1st assistant to Director of Sports Performance Chad Bari. As Associate Director, Coach Hill oversaw program design and implementation for the 2020 and 2021 freshman classes. During his tenure as Associate Director, Wake Forest went on to achieve the following: • 10-2 Regular Season Record • Highest Achieved AP Ranking in School History (#10) • ACC Atlantic Division Champions • ACC Championship Game Appearance • Tax Slayer Gator Bowl Appearance
Kennedy Hill joined the Wake Forest Football Sports Performance staff in the summer of 2020 as a Sports Performance Coordinator under Director Brandon Hourigan. Hill came to Wake Forest after spending a year as an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach for at North Carolina Central University in Durham where he oversaw programming and implementation for volleyball and softball while assisting with Football. As a result of the 2020 season, Wake Forest secured a spot in the Duke's Mayo Bowl Game in Charlotte against the University of Wisconsin, and produced a 2nd round draft pick to the Buffalo Bills in Carlos Bashaam.
Kennedy Hill joined the North Carolina Central strength and conditioning staff in the summer of 2019 as an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach. Hill was hired on by Head Strength Coach Thomas Carrol and Associate Athletic Director for Human Performance, George "Bulldog" Smith. While at NCCU, Hill oversaw programming and implementation for the volleyball and softball programs while assisting with various aspects of the football program.
