In terms of teaching, I have given more than 300 hours in sociology and anthropology, including both lectures and seminars, mostly at the University of Lille (France). With a Ph.D. in Sociology, a Master's degree in Sociology and Anthropology, and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science, my research in recent years has focused on social interactions and transactions between ethnic, national and European identifications, as well as on the political participation of ethnic minorities. The main empirical fields I've explored so far are the microregion of Elena (Northern Bulgaria) and the cities of Brussels, Lille and Cologne. I am currently working on the socio-anthropology and psychology of misinformation.
