Lead the Enterprise Portfolio Management Practice within the company’s Life Sciences Corporate & Enterprise Solutions domain. Develop capabilities and offerings within the organization to facilitate PMO establishment & optimization, Microsoft Project Server/Project Online deployment & optimization as well as other Portfolio Management related functions. Provide a public presence for the company’s capabilities by developing EPM related social media content and representing Paragon in speaking engagements.
