About

I lead IT Insights at Bristol-Myers Squibb, where my team drives the analytics, reporting, and business intelligence strategy that supports decision-making across IT and the broader enterprise. With 20+ years spanning consulting and life sciences, my focus has always been the same: translate strategy into measurable value. That means building the dashboards executives actually trust, the portfolio frameworks that surface the right investments, and the processes that make data accessible across the organization. Current areas of focus: • Reporting modernization — leading a migration from Tableau to Power BI, redesigning how IT communicates performance and financial insights to leadership • IT financial management — overseeing budget, cost transparency, and demand management across a complex enterprise IT portfolio • AI & analytics adoption — integrating modern tools (including AI-assisted workflows) to accelerate how my team delivers insights • Talent & team development — building analytically-minded teams and coaching them on both the technical and communication sides of insights work I'm also personally investing in expanding my technical depth — learning React, GitHub, and modern development workflows to better bridge the gap between insights strategy and engineering. Skills: Power BI · Tableau · Portfolio Management · IT Financial Management · ServiceNow PPM · Executive Reporting · Analytics Strategy · PMI Methods · Project Online · Microsoft 365
