Leading the packaging department (>6 mil HL output) in the Leuven brewery. Having a team of team leaders, process engineers (20+ white collars) and operators (300+) in 5 shifts, 24 hrs, 7 day production. Managing the 10 packaging production lines (bottling export, bottling domestic, canning and kegging) regarding safety, quality, environmental impact and efficiency of volume output to deliver our customers on time and in full. Creating and implementing a uniform way of working towards continuous improvement, more autonomous teams and achieving KPI targets. Designed and implemented a new department structure (people R&R and reporting lines) to steer towards improving results while developing a natural people pipeline.
