Team lead of ICI PARIS XL account team on Benelux level (#1 division client, +/-50% division turnover) for all (10+) L’Oréal Luxe brands. Manage and develop team of 6 Key Accounts and 1 Account Support in both Belgium and the Netherlands. Responsible for developing retailer strategy (both Benelux and per country approach), building retailer partnership, client P&L management, ST & LT turnover planning, lead on yearly and commercial Benelux negotiations.
Responsible as Key Account Manager for ICI PARIS XL Belgilux. Developing, co-creating and negotiating activation and commercial brand plans. Follow up pomoplanning and product launches. Develop e joint business plan resulting in significant higher online market share vs offline. Successfully launched and integrated new brands. Leading several commercial negotiations and discussions. Gained market share in 2019 and 2020.
During my summer internship I analysed a chain of franchise bars and developed a new concept in line with the brand guidelines. Next to that I supported the brandmanagement with daily tasks.
