Ekimetrics provides AI business solutions, enhancing business operations and driving efficiency through data and AI solutions, and operating as a global business, with over 450 employees across Paris (HQ), the US (second largest office), UK, and Asia (Hong Kong & Shanghai). This hybrid of professional services and tech enablement defines Ekimetrics' differentiated market position. As a CFO, my role is to provide senior financial leadership during a key period of organisational and financial evolution. My mission as a leader is to step in, stabilise the function, and support near-term strategic initiatives, including M&A and a longer-term view toward exit and new investors external investment including also a debt financing round.

After having previously closed a €100 million funding round in January 2022, led by venture capital fund Tiger Global, which followed a previous €100 million raise by the firm, the startup had reached a “unicorn” status at a valuation of $1.5 billion USD. The company is entering into a transformation period due to the competitive market and slowdown of the growth. My mission is to lead with the management team the transformation plan, reducing the costs and repositioning the company in a more profitable and sustainable operating model.

The system uses algorithms to continuously monitor insulin levels and data with the largest AI diabetes team in Europe. As the Group CFO, build and develop a full-fledged international finance competence, lead the investors relations, ensure for the Group to be compliant with all internal and external regulations and to define a corporate financing strategy to support the Company growth ambitions.
