I'm a sales leader with 30+ years leading enterprise sales across cybersecurity, telecoms and mobile, and the full breadth of IT, managed and professional services, both as Head of Sales, Regional Sales Director and hands-on team builder. What I do best is build from scratch. That's meant creating pipeline in brand-new opportunities, opening new logos nobody else could crack, and growing existing accounts from a small foothold into strategic, multi-year partnerships. New business and account growth aren't two different jobs to me, they're the same discipline applied in different places. As a leader, I build sales functions from the ground up: recruiting, coaching and developing teams, embedding structure and accountability, and leading from the front. I've grown a regional enterprise business to £10m+ in recurring revenue, and I take real pride in developing salespeople. This is disciplined qualification and needs-based selling, underpinned by MEDDPICC and SPIN, because methodology done properly delivers predictable revenue and better outcomes for customers. I'm comfortable selling complex, multi-stakeholder solutions into financial services, energy and utilities, NHS and healthcare, higher education, and central and local government.
