Led efforts to integrate BlueCube and RedPrairie post acquisition, while continuing to grow the core BlueCube product line and operations. As Retail CTO, I spearheaded the development of a new Business Intelligence product line, extended BlueCube's Hosting and Software as a Service capabilities into RedPrairie's Warehouse and Supply Chain Management product line, and laid out the path to fully enable the former BlueCube product line into a web services framework that significantly extended the product's market lifetime.
Created Software as a Service operations and technical consulting services that powered the backoffices of many of the world's largest retail, hospitality and petroleum companies.
Consolidated 40+ separate systems across multiple acquired companies into a common ERP/CRM infrastructure. Grew the Technical Services business line into a significant revenue contributor to the company. Established operations and technical vision for the product line that ultimately split off into BlueCube Software.
Worked inside group that provided operational support to Finance and Operations divisions, helping facilitate smooth contract enforcement and invoicing of Cable Providers. Developed database tools and implemented internal systems.
