I have recently retired from EY where I served my clients around Strategy & Operations with a core skill around the liberation of cash from working capital. At EY I held several executive roles culminating at the Chief Transformation Officer for the Americas Area to transition the legacy operating model to one that was focused on Sector and Solutions to allow the organization to better serve clients and our people to help them achieve their boldest ambitions. I have held several leadership positions within the EY organization, including Americas Deputy Managing Principal, and previously as Americas Vice Chair – Consulting, as well as Global Leader for the EY-Parthenon strategy and operations consultancy, and Americas Deputy Leader for Strategy & Transactions. I have advised top-tier institutions on operations management and working capital improvement for more than 30 years, drawing on extensive international experience in Europe and emerging markets in the Americas and Asia-Pacific. I am a passionate supporter of the schools in my current hometown in South Carolina, and work with charitable organizations to provide learning resources and educational programming for students.
I led the Capital Transformation (CT) sub-service line for EY's Americas Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) practice. This includes, Valuation and Business Modeling, Operational Transaction Services, Working Capital, Restructuring, Investment Banking and Infrastructure Advisory. Our CT team works seamlessly with the two other sub-service lines of TAS, Transaction Diligence and Transaction Tax, as well as the three other service lines at EY, Advisory, Assurance and Tax.
REL, a division on The Hackett Group, which was rebranded from Answerthink. In 2005, Answerthink acquired REL Consultancy Group, a global boutique that focused on working capital improvement.
