With 25+ years of leadership in financial services, I serve as CIO/CTO driving large-scale digital transformation and organizational change. At Vesting Finance (part of Arrow Global, ~350 FTE), I led the phase-out of legacy systems, achieved a significant cost reduction, and successfully delivered multiple large-scale client migrations. As CIO, I lead the company’s IT strategy and digital transformation agenda, aligning technology with business growth and operational excellence. I oversee IT operations, application development, and larger-scale transformation programs to drive efficiency, resilience, and innovation. Key achievements till date: Phased out legacy systems and modernized the IT landscape, delivering a significant cost reduction while improving agility. Strengthened security and compliance by implementing ISO 27001 and DORA standards across the (IT) organization. Directed the IT programs for multiple end-to-end client migrations, successfully onboarding large portfolios. Built and developed a high-performing IT team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and delivery at scale.
Commercial lead for new and optimized asset management servicing contracts in collections and financial servicing across secured and unsecured portfolios.
Delivered a portfolio of cross-functional initiatives across IT and operations, managing full lifecycle from business case to implementation. Highlights: Launched new products and propositions for a leading consumer loans provider. Migrated a large consumer loan portfolio from legacy to core systems with new interfaces and general ledger integration. Executed datacentre migration and major upgrades of core servicing applications.
Held several senior leadership roles in Amsterdam & London, including Business Manager – Services NL and Head of Change Delivery – EMEA Services. Achievements include: Supported COO and NL back-office (350 FTE) on risk & control, cost management, and organizational redesign. Implemented mergers of service units, optimized spans & layers, and simplified cost structures. Oversaw a £15–25m EMEA change portfolio covering offshoring, efficiency improvement, and mandatory projects. Delivered a 35% staff reduction program across COO EMEA with focus on delivery assurance and change control.
Progressed through multiple positions, ultimately Programme Manager – IT Group Functions during the bank’s takeover and separation. Earlier roles included international IT project management (Amsterdam & Paris) and leadership within European Technology & Operations.
