Taipei, Taipei City, Taiwan
I've spent the last few years moving between finance, F&B, and supply chain — probably more pivots than most people would recommend. Started on Wall Street in secondary markets, then built ROUROU煣煣, a restaurant brand across Shanghai, Beijing, and Nanjing. Along the way, spent time as a food critic for OAD and World's 50 Best Restaurants. Now focused on Inkslap and NCI Trading — working on making custom merchandise procurement less painful for businesses. There's a lot of manual back-and-forth between corporate buyers and factories that probably shouldn't exist in 2026. That's the problem we're working on. Still figuring things out, but enjoying the process.
Building the AI operating layer for custom merchandise procurement. Inkslap converts corporate briefs into manufacturable production packs and manages the full supplier, QC, and logistics lifecycle until delivery. Backed by NCI Trading — a profitable Taiwan-based custom merchandise operator founded in 2020 — providing real supplier relationships, pricing intelligence, and fulfillment infrastructure as the operational foundation.
Founded and operated a fast-food chain brand built around crayfish as the core traffic driver, paired with globally-inspired proprietary flavors. Oversaw all aspects of the business — brand, product, operations, supply chain, and expansion strategy. Grew to 7 direct-operated stores across Shanghai, Beijing, and Nanjing, with a roadmap to 20 locations nationally. Developed a differentiated product line including the signature crayfish burger, rice bowls, and dry noodles, with a long-term vision to leverage supply chain advantages and enter the mass instant food retail market, and access institutional capital for national scale.
