I started my career in operations – and stayed there for a reason. Because this is where strategy meets reality. Over the last 12 years in mobility, I’ve learned that the real challenge is not building concepts – but making them work under real conditions. Today, as Head of Operations at Carrivo, I build and scale operations in a live environment – almost from day one. That means more than just “running operations”: it means designing processes, building systems and making decisions where no clear structure exists yet. In an early-stage setup, this often goes beyond classic operations – from process architecture and system design to stepping into areas like marketing, legal or customer experience when needed. Not because it’s planned. But because it’s necessary to move forward. My focus: building structures that hold up when things get complex – and still allow for speed and growth. What drives me: 🔹solving problems instead of discussing them 🔹taking ownership, even when it’s uncomfortable 🔹building systems that work beyond individuals And when things don’t go as planned, stepping in and making them work.
I lead and scale operations at Carrivo in a live environment – turning a newly launched mobility product into structured, scalable operations. This includes: 🔹building processes from scratch and refining them under real conditions 🔹implementing systems that support growth and compliance 🔹solving operational issues hands-on when needed 🔹ensuring a reliable customer experience, even when things don’t go as planned
