I leverage my international corporate experience as a Global HR leader with Unilever, now as a Consultant, Coach, Mentor, and as a ‘Thinking Partner’ to help Leaders achieve their personal and business goals. I am a certified as a Resilient Leaders Elements Consultant, Agile Leader, Scrum Master. My experience and expertise includes a track record of growing talent and business in dynamic fast growth Developing and Emerging Markets (South Asia, South East Asia, Middle East, Africa and Russia). A social causes I am passionate about is in making a positive difference in the area of youth unemployment, helping youth bridge between university and the workforce and from time to time I mentor students at Bahcesehir University to make the leap from study to internships and employment. I am also a part-time lecturer at Sabanci University. More recently I have opened a Padel Club on Phu Quoc Island where I play and coach Padel.
