My role starts when the candidate has accepted a position with a major petrochemical client based in Saudi Arabia. I co-ordinate with the Fircroft team, candidate and client to ensure swift and coordinated mobilisation to country to commence work. This role requires a certain level of problem solving as the process to mobilise someone to Saudi Arabia can sometimes come with its own unique challenges, I regularly need to come up with solutions where there is not one and develop new process around this.
