Acting as property host to facilitate the open inspection process for prospective clients of Jellis Craig. My role is acting as the intermediate between the property managers and the potential tenant. During the inspection, attendance is marked together with analysis of the client. Detailing of the prospective client provides the property manager and landlord crucial information when choosing which application is successful for the property. Thus, working with Jellis Craig has developed my attention to detail, time management skills and ability to converse to culturally diverse clients. ° Detailing prospective clients upon initial inspection ° Initiating contract negotiation between the client and property managers/landlord ° Built internal reporting tool for inspection feedback
Supernormal is Chef Andrew McConnell's restaurant in Flinders Lane, Melbourne who ranked 16th place in the Age Financial Review of Australia’s Best Restaurants. The restaurant consists of Asian inspired food, private dining and functions. This position has enabled me to further my communication and organisational skills as the 175 cover restaurant pushes me to embrace the pressures of time restriction and sudden problematic difficulties. Being one of the busiest casual fine-dining restaurants in Melbourne, I have learnt and perfected my hospitality abilities to deliver a relaxed, knowledgeable and joyful experience to customers whilst also retaining my professional demeanor. ° Able to continuously deliver high quality service during each of the 3 turnover periods of the 140-seated restaurant ° Multiple wins of internal upselling competitions ° Developed standard processes for driving customer engagement and dining experience ° Responsible to ensure sales surpass weekly projected revenue figures of ~$72,000
Academic staff responsible for teaching first year undergraduate chemistry students. The primary objective is to facilitate an inquiring mind and link the concepts learnt in lectures to the lab practicals. Understanding the specific needs of each of the 16 students and making sure they understand the principles behind the experiment is a reward and a challenge.
