Finance executive with 17+ years of experience at the intersection of investment platforms and portfolio companies. During my time at JAB Holding Company, I led Group Finance & Reporting, with responsibility for consolidated accounting, financial reporting, treasury, private asset valuations, investor and shareholder reporting across its global family-backed investment platform. In parallel, I was actively involved in fundraising, due diligence, as well as advisor relationships (auditors, banks, rating agencies, M&A) and led the build-out of new investment platforms across insurance and asset management. Earlier roles included finance leadership positions at DaVita (international start-up division of US-listed corporate), Lumileds (Apollo-backed portfolio company) and PwC (Big-4). I am particularly interested in platform building, capital strategy and opportunities where accounting, reporting and finance can act as catalyst for long-term growth and value creation.
