Management and coaching of Omani nationals from grassroots level to National teams.
• Managed a busy coaching schedule that ensured that the revenue derived from lessons met and exceeded targets each month. • Organised and managed tournaments including member only, open, ladies and junior events. • Created development plans to integrate national staff into the workforce and the golf industry. • Implemented and offered free members clinics to create a culture of learning, to enhance the membership experience and to generate additional revenue. • Aided in the managing of the golf operations department. • Integrated the golf club within the community through activities such as school visits, CSR programs, ‘Beach Golf’ and by taking golf closer to the residents of Al Mouj Muscat as well as developing the culture to open golf up to the large female community by developing a structured coaching program which integrated the Par 3 facility and bringing more social activities such as games and events to create a more appealing social environment for women. • Created the content and outline for the promotional material for the Golf Academy and all coaching aspects.
