Director Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems
Delivering on the immediate needs of our most critical PLM capabilities, I assumed ownership of the legacy PLM system, centered on Oracle Agile. I established program overview for the complete legacy PLM framework, identifying synergies and efficiencies in both the business use of the tool and to overall support model, commencing an Agile (Safe) project to optimize time to benefit.
Responsible for the process industry capability, I conducted a detailed assessment of the preferred vendor, application and organizational capability. Together our team prepared the deployment strategy, concluding with the IT and business heads approval to proceed with the project and vendor selection.
