Senior IT & Communications Engineer within field and laboratory environments (Maintenance and checkup of radio communication systems in the area of Swiss military and defense) in Switzerland. • Analysis and troubleshooting of technical platforms (L1-L4 support) • Asset management and deployment. • Creation of technical documentations. • Laboral and field investigations of radio communication systems. • System configuration and final check-up upon customer handover. • Application validation, installation of patches and hard/software updates of radio components including Linux source code operations. • AD, Sharepoint, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, security policy reviews. • Working within Windows/Linux, client and server environments.
