HOPESS - Homes of Personal Enrichment and Sobriety Services, is a 174 bed SUD BHRF setting located just south of Indian School Road and east of Central Ave. Located in a former Kindred hospital setting, HOPESS is fully equipped to provide facility based SUD services and integrated care with our onsite partner Circle the City. We collaborate with M.A.T. providers, RBHA Health Homes, and early jail release programs. Our program is voluntary but we are equipped to accept COT patients for voluntary services. Average LOS is 24 days and our outcomes are clinically verified. Walk ins are encouraged and we can process admissions 24/7.
