- Lead and manage the Moody’s Sales Rotation Program - Moody’s Sales Rotation Program is an early careers program designed to build a pipeline of well-rounded, client facing Moody’s employees. Program Participants go through four six-month rotations (throughout the two-year program experience) in Sales Development Representative (SDR), Client Support, Sales Operations & Sales Excellence and Enablement, and Marketing areas. Program Participants will receive a final placement within our commercial organization upon completion of the program - Design and implemented a best-in-class recruitment process that’s set the precedent for future cohorts - Serve as a direct manager & mentor to a 40-person (20 London-based, 20 NYC-based) cohort of Sales Rotation Associates and an incoming, identical cohort - Responsible for providing the best program experience to all associates and program stakeholders - Program structure consisting of rotation managers (serving as day-to-day managers for associates), business buddies, and peer mentors - Facilitate a monthly senior leader speaker series for all program participants - Partner closely with our People team, Global Heads of Sales, Sales Operations & Sales Excellence and Enablement, Marketing, and Customer Engagement for strategic growth & evolution of program
