About

I lead large-scale, global technology programs where the stakes are high and the complexity is real. Currently, I'm orchestrating a 100+ person Agile Solution Train across three countries — the US, Sweden, and Poland — delivering a next-generation access control platform that spans embedded hardware, firmware, mobile, and cloud. That's not a single product. It's an entire ecosystem. My background is unusual: I started as an Electrical Engineer and grew through applications, quality, and product engineering before moving into program leadership. That technical foundation shapes how I think. I don't just manage programs — I understand them. Over 20 years at ASSA ABLOY, I've built Agile organizations from scratch, launched the company's first SAFe Agile Release Train, driven enterprise-wide Agile transformations, and delivered multi-million dollar programs for Fortune 1000 customers. I hold the SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC) certification — the highest level in the SAFe framework — alongside PMP and Release Train Engineer credentials. What I do well: -Build and scale high-performing global teams across time zones and disciplines -Translate ambiguous business goals into executable, milestone-driven roadmaps -Coach organizations through Agile transformation with structure, clarity, and pragmatism -Bridge technical complexity and executive stakeholder communication I'm drawn to roles where the program scope is large, the teams are distributed, and the work actually matters.
