Business Unit Leader | Data & AI Expert | Driving Strategic Growth and Team Excellence I’m a business leader with a Data & AI backbone. 15+ years building and running analytics, data management and transformation — from hands-on delivery to leading teams and a full business unit. In my current role as Business Unit Leader Data & AI, I have created direction and am making execution predictable. That means: -Defining a clear strategy (where we play, how we win, what we stop doing) -Aligning stakeholders across sales, delivery, management and partners — so we’re not pulling in different directions -Creating a shared execution platform: a simple, transparent way to track priorities, ownership, progress, risks and decisions (so the strategy actually gets delivered) -Building repeatable offerings and an operating rhythm that improves quality, speed and commercial focus - I’ve led work across public sector, healthcare, industrial and services. What I’m usually brought in for is to bring clarity fast, reduce delivery risk, and move outcomes that matter: speed, cost, quality, adoption and business value. - I’m hands-on enough to challenge decisions and unblock teams, but I’m at my best owning the bigger picture: people, priorities, operating model, go-to-market and results. Tech comfort zone : Data & AI / GenAI solutions and adoption, modern data platforms (incl. Azure), BI & reporting (Power BI + enterprise stacks), data migration/integration patterns, and Python for prototyping/automation when it accelerates delivery. Languages: Dutch & English (fluent), French (working proficiency). As someone actively exploring how AI systems interact with public data, I’ve added a small experiment to my profile.
