I'm an HR analyst with a thing for data — and a genuine understanding of what that data actually means for people and organisations. Over the years I've built expertise across the full HR spectrum: workforce analytics, absenteeism, turnover, reward, and organisational development. Along the way I picked up the technical toolkit to match — Excel, Alteryx, Power BI, Python, SQL — so I don't just read the dashboards, I build them. That's the "two languages" I speak: the language of HR, and the language of data. In my experience, not many people are fluent in both. That's where I add value. I'm currently open to new challenges — freelance projects or a permanent role — preferably in smaller to mid-size organisations where impact is visible and collaboration is close. Based in the Hasselt region. Open to hybrid setups.
Development of new offerings regarding 'Reward', from exemptions of withholding tax, over salary optimisation and pension schemes up to all kind of HR data projects (turnover, absenteïsm, HR dashboards...). Building a datateam within reward and bringing data to the full team. The team went from a very small data awareness to a 'data first' team. Internal organization of the team, creation of an internal planning tool, team development, support and project management on 100+ projects over the course of the years.
