Steven is a seasoned Administrator with over ten years experience in human resource management and administration working in the area of NGO management. In his day-to-day role Steven is responsible for all human resource activities, including recruitment and selection, employee and labor relations, compensation, benefits administration, organizational development, and training as well as overseeing logistics , transport, procurement, stores and inventory functions. He also serves as a member of his organization’s senior management team (SMT). Steven has served in a wide variety of human resource management and administration positions with NGO’s both International and national as well as at local and national levels. Steven also has experience in finance management ranging from developing and supporting systems and working with computerised accounting systems like SUN, SCALA and NAVISION. Steven has extensive experience in people management ranging from performance planning and management to the whole range of human resource management. He also has budget development, management and monitoring skills with the ability to use various data bases. He has the capacity to involve all stakeholders in the budget process and can work comfortably with different cultures without losing focus on the set goals. Steven is the Head of laity at St Paul’s Church, Mutungo, Luzira Arch deaconary where he coordinates church activities between the lay Christians and the Church administration.
