The Aviation Maintenance and Trade Supervisor experience I have gained over the past 15 years serving in the Australian Defence Force is vast. From complex Avionics (Electrical) fault identification and rectification during high demand and fast paced flying operations, to managing and coordinating small teams undertaking large scale routine maintenance tasks. Along with this level of experience comes an in depth understanding of Risk Management and a strong belief in Work Safety Culture. This is an aspect that has been instilled from the beginning of my career and is a trait that I will continue to display moving forward.
