Personal training and rehabilitation utilizing an eclectic blend of kettlebell and barbell strength, mobility and gymnastics training, traditional yoga and ballet, and physical therapy corrective exercises. Focus on reducing chronic pain, improving functional movement, and optimizing strength, using modern pain science, with additional focus on aesthetic goals and weight loss. - Provide in-person and virtual group and one-on-one sessions - Successfully rehabilitated clients with a range of conditions including pre- and post-operative: spine issues (herniation, stenosis, fused discs, chronic low back pain), hip and shoulder injuries (dislocation, labral tear, bursitis, arthritis, hamstring tendinopathy), ankle problems (sprain, fracture, ruptured Achilles, plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendinopathy). - Collaborate with leading physical therapy offices, including Memorial Sloan Kettering, Spear, G5 Sports Performance, Jet Rehab Therapy (Washington DC), Accelicare Sports Chiropractic - Conducted virtual training sessions with clients across 10+ states in the USA, 5+ countries in Europe, and Hong Kong.
Educate and train teams in biomechanics, strength training, mobility, and pre/post injury rehabilitation. Coordinate with Athletic Training Department to create cohesive program aimed at increasing athletes’ resilience and increasing metrics assessed by Hospital for Special Surgery.
Deliver dynamic, results-driven group fitness classes, drawing from a diverse background in yoga, ballet, Pilates, functional mobility, and strength training. Known for creating engaging, high-energy classes that emphasize alignment, neuromuscular awareness, and a holistic approach to fitness, I challenge students to engage muscles they don’t typically activate through biomechanical cuing influenced by my experience as a personal trainer and rehab specialist.
