I have worked with the Inter American Development Bank for over 10 years and consequently build a wealth of experience in project management specifically in monitoring and control. During my tenure at the IADB I have worked with numerous institutions varying from small Non governmental organizations, private sector institutions, parastatal companies and Ministries of Energy, Agriculture , Environment and Health, just to name a few. I am no stranger to managing delicate client relationships and diffusing tense situations. I am very well familiar with the Project management body of knowledge as I am PMP certified and scrum certified and also hold a change practitioner certification from Prosci in Change management.
