Deliver regular, concise updates to leadership and key stakeholders on planning, supply, and execution risks. Own NPI cost analysis and lead supplier-driven cost improvement initiatives. Partner with internal business units and supply chain organizations to align priorities, expectations, and delivery timelines. Lead and drive NPI schedules and deliverables to ensure projects remain on plan, in scope, and aligned with business objectives. Oversee excess and obsolete inventory programs, coordinating material transfers across sites to optimize utilization. Act as the primary escalation point for NPI readiness challenges, resolving issues through daily stakeholder engagement and clear accountability. Collaborate with IT teams to drive adoption of modern tools, systems, and best practices that enable NPI program success. Direct execution of build plans for proof-of-concept and engineering builds, proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation actions. Identify and implement process improvements while aligning operational dashboards to monitor KPIs against annual targets. Target Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication capabilities, enabling effective collaboration across global, cross-functional teams. Working knowledge of electronics manufacturing operations, including IQC, SMT, PTH, assembly, test, packaging, and system-level integration. 15+ years of experience leading planning, program, or project management organizations across complex initiatives. Ability to perform in fast-paced, dynamic environments, leveraging disciplined project management and analytical problem-solving skills. Demonstrated success resolving complex supply and demand constraints within electronics manufacturing environments. Deep knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes across the NPI lifecycle, including procurement, planning, materials management, and logistics.
