I am a result-driven professional with a proven track record in leading international cross-functional teams and delivering impactful solutions which drive business growth. In my last role as Technical Product Line Manager I oversaw the development and management of two critical monitoring and troubleshooting (AI and non AI) applications, with a global customer base of 140+ telecom companies, generating over 10M€ in revenue in 2024 and additional growth potential in the coming years. My expertise lies in transforming business requirements into actionable product strategies and roadmaps that meet both customer needs and organizational goals ensuring that products not only succeed in the market but are also align with the evolving needs of different stakeholders. I bring strong skills in prioritizing product backlogs, collaborating with R&D, sales, customer, support and other key teams to ensure that development efforts are aligned with business objectives. My prior roles in development and support resulted in a solid foundation in problem-solving, customer support and technical troubleshooting. These experiences have given me a strong understanding about the challenges customers face and the importance of delivering intuitive and effective solutions with a focus on revenue generating task prioritization. My deep understanding of both the technical and user experience aspects of product development makes me adept at bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders to drive successful product launches.
